  • The granted consent may be used by the company Properly for the purpose of sending commercial offers and communications.
  • On our part (properly.cz), there is no automated individual decision-making as referred to in Article 22 of the regulation.
  • The data provider declares that the provided personal data is accurate, truthful, and voluntarily provided.
  • The provided consent can only be given electronically through this form and can be revoked at any time (electronically or in writing).
  • The period for which we store your personal data is 3 years from the granting of consent. At the latest, until the withdrawal of your consent for the processing of personal data.
  • We do not intend to transfer your data to any third party except the delivery company chosen by you.
  • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time.
