Delivery and return options

Easy and quick!

You can obtain goods from us through the following methods (unless otherwise stated, for example, during a promotional offer with free or discounted shipping):

  • Czech Post - it is the most commonly used delivery method. The package will be waiting for you at the post office.
  • Zásilkovna - you can also use the services of Zásilkovna. From the list, find the one closest to your residence and have the goods delivered there. You can easily pick up your package without waiting or any paperwork.
  • Personal pickup at the customer center (only by appointment over the phone.) - 0 CZK; if you have the opportunity or desire to take a trip to our customer center in Prague 4, you can pick up your purchase here, free of charge, conveniently and safely. The only condition for personal pickup is to prepay the full amount of the order using one of the offered payment methods. After making an appointment by phone, you can arrange the exact date of pickup with our operator. Without a prearranged appointment, package handover cannot be realized!

Merchandise returns:

  • You can return the merchandise within the legal period of 14 days with the appropriate proof of purchase. The procedure is described in detail in our terms and conditions, where you can also find a return form. In short, if the merchandise did not meet your expectations or you simply do not wish to state the reason for the return, please send the products back in an envelope (preferably the original one) to the address of the customer center specified in the terms and conditions. If a gift was included in the package, it must be included and sent back together with the gift box or other original packaging with the logo. The paper form of the invoice is always required as proof of purchase and payment.
  • The package can be sent back via Czech Post as a registered mail to the address provided in the terms and conditions or below (please use the pre-printed form). If you have any questions, do not hesitate to use our helpline or email communication:
